WHAT THIS IS

The Molecular Hydrogen Institute (MHI), a 501(c)3 science-based nonprofit organization is excited to present the First Wellness Science Olympiad. The Wellness Science Olympiad is a live, in-person competition bringing together top performers and participants from around the world. Individuals will compete on knowledge pertaining to critical and analytical thinking, as well as scientific comprehension regarding the evidence of various hormetic stressors, such as molecular hydrogen therapy, exercise, fasting, and cold exposure.

  • Or be selected from the Virtual Ranking Challenge

Some top performers in the ranking event may receive sponsored travel and entry.

The top 10 winners will all receive the following:

Frequently-Asked-Questions

  • No. You can attend the in-person Olympiad independently. The virtual event is an additional opportunity to compete and potentially earn an invitation to the In Person Olympiad.
  • Participants are evaluated to their science comprehension including critical thinking, and application of wellness science. Specific formats may vary and more details will be released soon.
  • Topics include foundational wellness science such as biology, physiology, molecular hydrogen, the scientific method, and critical thinking. Content is designed to reflect real-world application, not just memorization.
  • Anyone interested in wellness science. No formal background required. All educational content will be provided to study but you may learn from the sources you choose.
  • No. While molecular hydrogen is one topic area, the competition is designed to be broader and accessible.
  • The top 5-performing participants in the virtual event may be selected for sponsored travel to the in-person Olympiad. Details will be announced as the event approaches.
  • The Virtual Ranking Challenge is free to join.
  • The In-Person Olympiad requires a ticket to the Eudēmonia Summit.
  • Top-performing participants in the virtual event may be selected for sponsored travel and entry to the Olympiad.
