Electrolyzed reduced water (ERW) is the most common term in the scientific literature. ERW has an alkaline pH and contains molecular hydrogen.
Mildly acidic water is produced from water ionizers, which use the process of electrolysis. Acidic water is produced at the positive electrode (anode).
