We Offer 4 Levels of Certification

The 4 Levels of Certification are composed of multiple educational courses. All educational courses need to be taken sequentially as they build on each other. Similarly, successful completion of the Level 1 Certification is required before taking the Level 2 Certification Courses. Likewise, completion of the Level 2 Certification is required before the Level 3 Certification, and so on. This is because it is imperative that you understand the information presented herein to succeed at the next level. Even if you already know basic science, it is important that you are familiar with how MHI presents the information and discusses these areas. You are purchasing not only the essential education but also the invaluable MHI certification.

The 4 Levels of Certification shown below and the additional H2 Apprentice course were developed over the last 10 years with 1000s of hours from the MHI team. They were created for individuals who are interested in learning about what molecular hydrogen is and is not. The certifications are not like Tik-Tok content that can be passively consumed, checked off, and then completed. The MHI certification is not a certificate of “attendance”. Think of it more like taking a university class where you are learning new things (not scanning and speed reading just to get through it). These courses require studying, pondering, and learning. At the end of all the courses for each level, there is a final comprehensive exam to confirm your knowledge and understanding at which point you will become certified. Although this may sound daunting, these courses are written in a simple way so that anyone can succeed in learning the material and receive their certification. Convenient study guides are provided to aid in your learning. You are also able to retake quizzes and exams. We want you to succeed and be a part of the MHI family!

  • The Certification courses were made for everybody, regardless of a person’s background, even if you’ve forgotten what you learned in elementary school or if you are a medical professional with a scientific background. Many of our graduates range from hydrogen researchers, health practitioners, online coaches, stay at home parents, salespeople and other hydrogen enthusiasts. They are written in simple-to-understand language, but provide a helpful understanding of this subject.

What does it mean to be MHI Certified?

  • These certifications indicate a person’s commitment to supporting the research of molecular hydrogen. How long will I have access to the courses after purchase?

  • If you purchase the bundle, you will have 6 months to complete the courses.
  • If you purchase an individual course, you will have 3 months access to the course.

Are the MHI certification courses accredited and recognized?

  • The certifications can be taken for university credit, To access courses for university credit, please email courses@molecularhydrogeninstitute.org. Otherwise, courses will be taken through MHI’s learning platform.

Who are the courses recognized by?

  • The certifications are well-known in the hydrogen therapy industry. Some companies selling hydrogen products require their sales agents to have this certification, or they may even receive more commission by being certified. Many consumers want to purchase products from people who are MHI certified.

How long does the MHI Certification last for?

  • Certifications expire every 2 years to ensure that MHI-certified students are up to date on the latest information and as a way to ensure MHI can be self-sustaining in accomplishing its mission to advance the research, education, and awareness of hydrogen as a therapeutic medical gas.

How do I renew my certification?

  • This is to be determined. It could be retaking the courses entirely, or it could be a test-only. However it is done, it is your responsibility to maintain your prized certification.

Will other companies recognize an MHI certification?

  • MHI certifications are well-known in the industry of hydrogen as a potential therapeutic medical gas.

How do I get help if I get stuck during the course?

Should I buy products from someone who is MHI-certified?

  • Yes. MHI does not promote, endorse, or recommend specific products or brands, but we do encourage consumers to purchase from someone who is MHI certified as it increases the likelihood that the product/claims are in line with the evidence. This also encourages people to take our certifications, which is essential for MHI to operate.

What do I do with my certification once I have it?

  • When you get your prized certification, celebrate! You worked hard to get it! Share it with your friends and clients, post it to your social media, print it out and frame it. You decide!
